Rolling Stone: Stories From The Edge

This new documentary, directed by Alex Gibney (Going Clear) and Blair Foster (George Harrison: Living in the Material World), chronicles the last 50 years of American pop culture, politics and (of course) music through the lens of the magazine. The documentary recounts Rolling Stone‘s history, examines how it became a cultural force that helped shape popular music and features performances from The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Tina Turner, Janis Joplin, The Sex Pistols, The Clash and Ice-T. It’s being presented over two nights, with the conclusion due Tuesday (9 ET/PT).

Supergirl
CW, 8 ET/PT

National City is in crisis when multiple children get sick from lead poisoning. And Morgan Edge (Adrian Pasdar) blames Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath), who used a lead bomb to save the city from the invading Daxamite alien army in last spring’s finale. Lena is unsure whether or not a flaw in her bomb’s design may be responsible, but Kara (Melissa Benoist) and Samantha (Odette Annable) work to clear her name.

Lucifer
Fox, 8 ET/PT

Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and Ella (Aimee Garcia) travel to Las Vegas to search for Candy (Lindsay Gort) after they discover she’s missing. Chloe (Lauren German), however, is upset that Lucifer left town on her birthday.
